I appreciate the minority dr, but she still wasn't very understanding of what I explained. I expressed that I'm not interested in more medication, but actually solutions. After I waa firm with my decision, she became more attentive. The nursing student was great.

This meeting was entirely conversational (no physical exam required) and could have been done online. Instead I was made to come in person. Nothing major was discussed. To be honest a waste of my time sitting in traffic + exam room. The surgery itself also took an Incredible amount of time. I arrived at 11 am as needed, and was In the operation room at 5 pm. Between 12 and 5 I had the anesthesia receptor In my hand. Doctor was annoyed that I wanted to confirm the surgery type I am receiving (right before entering the operation room) and was quite dismissive and rude. Surgery itself turned out to be unnecessary because my risk level was reduced by the time of surgery, which was 3+ months after my initial diagnosis. The doctor did not bother re-examining me. Previously when I asked for a re-exam for a separate issue, she was very dismissive and threatened to charge the full exam price. Overall would recommend people to not come to her.

I have been going to another OB/GYN for years because I love consistency. However, I had to make an appointment with Dr. Li Because my OB/GYN was not available. ever since then I stuck with Dr. Li Because she was gentle, she had good bedside manners. She treated me as if I was her only patient. She sounded like she cared. She looked like she cared. She moved like she cared!

First doctor I've had that actually seems to care about me and my issues, all other doctors seem to not be able to get out of the room fast enough and always brush off my concerns. Dr Li actually sat down and listened to my concerns and issues and had a conversation with me about it.

The care provider did not show any concerns for any of my questions or worries because she NEVER asked me during my visit if I had any, which I did but was rushed through the appointment so quickly that I wasn't given an opportunity to even advocate for myself since she never asked. I do not have any problems or conditybut when she explained anything during my visit it was very vague and quick. The care provider did not include me in any decision making. She never asked me how I felt or what I thought. It was as if I was being told what I had to do and I have the right to refuse test and care of certain situations that I feel do not benefit me in any way. Had she included me she would have found out how I felt. But she was more direct and if it was mandatory for me to take test. We never discussed other options, we never discussed any risks of test nor the benefits of the test-only that she just wants to check to make sure everything is still the same as my last 2 test that have happened less then 9 months ago. I would not recommend this care provider or this location. My experience was horrible and uncomfortable.
