Dr. Khalifa is very professional & provided answers to my concerns. He explained the issues with my eyes & addressed my concerns in a very respectful manner, never talking down to me. An excellent doctor & one in whom I feel very confident in entrusting my eye care. That is high praise after my outstanding eye care received at the Salt Lake City, UT, Moran Eye Center over almost 20 years.

Dr. Khalifa treated me with such kindness, even inquiring about my overall health because he had been aware of my previous cancer diagnosis. I really appreciated his concern. He's a wonderful doctor.

See my comment in previous question. Addionally, I was impressed when Dr. Khalifa advised against cataract surgery, but revered me to one of your retina specialists. I had previously been examined at the eye care providers, none of whom suggested that my contact lens vision was goodbye my retinal need further examination. Being told that cataract surgery was not appropriate now makes it obvious that you are not doing cataract surgeries siply for the associated fees. I cannot say enough about Dr. Khalife's professional and honest treatment.

Dr. Khalifa's technicians are awesome! The ladies are so kind & sweet in calming you down when you think something has gone wrong with your eyes post cataract surgery.

I was told the Dr was very good and was very nice before surgery but he is always in such a hurry. None ever explained what comes next or when you could resume normal activities. Was given some instructions on paper a few months ago but doesn't say when you can bend down or get your hair washed and resume normal activities like doing my laundryI'm 84 live alone and everything seems so rushed

The doctor has been wonderful in providing kind hearted support for my vision needs.

I didn't know this doctor, as I had not seen him before. It was fine, however. A bit rushed perhaps, but I assume they were running behind on the schedule, since I didn't see the doctor until almost two hours after my arrival.

Dr Khalifa was extremely easy to talk with. He listened to my concerns and he explained to me and my wife how to precede with my recovery. He appeared to be interested and invested in my complete recovery. We were grateful for his care and compassion.

Dr. Khalifa was able to get me into an appointment quickly, after a local Optometrist told me I needed to see a corneal surgeon ASAP for a lasix corneal flap that was disattaching

Sr Khalifa has done a great job listening to my concerns, answering my questions and providing feedback.

Dr Khalifa fully explained the procedure. He gave me complete control of the timing of the procedure. He knew I was very anxious about the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure giving me the fully explanation and the risks.

Dr. Khalifa was very patient with my questions and answered all of them. I never once felt rushed thru any of my appointment.

Dr. Khalifa reviewed the prior care of my eyes while I lived in CA & UT, and clarified the issues & treatment. He explained the results of my tests & exam at Emory & answered my questions. He discussed future treatment & symptoms to be alert to. I was included in the decision making. His explanations & responses were respectful and in clear, adult language. He never spoke down to me or insulted my intelligence. I felt that I was heard and treated as a patient he had concern for. I never felt like I was just the next patient or another number in his day. I am much more confident in my treatment at Emory Eye Center because of him.

Doctor detected broken suture of cornea surgery from 2016. He very carefully removed suture and showed me stitch. He even interrupted his lunchtime to attend to my medical need. What a relief to know my discomfort was a stitch issue that was cared for so successfully.
