Dr Qiu was great, explained everything.

Dr. Yoon Qui is the best rheumatologist I had.

I like Dr. Qui because she does listen to me and answers my questions where I understand. She very thoughtful and I feel she cares about my condition and concerns.

I started already praising her for her competency. I needed a break with excruciating and burning pains in my hands. When I saw her, my conception regarding lots of physicians had not changed since my suffering could not stop for so long. But, guess what, I went to the pharmacy to get the prescribed medications and started taking them right away! A miracle happened, in the middle of the night, the burning stopped. Progressively, my lower back, neck and arms are coming alone! I really do not have enough words to glorify my Almighty God Jehovah Who

Good doctor did a lot of test to help figure out what is causing all my pain & sickness. Wish I had a mask to see the doctor so I wouldn't make her think I am too sick to be near her

Dr. Qiu is incredible. She genuinely cares about her patients & is also very good at explaining what is going on medically with my condition and also working with me to formulate a treatment plan that sees not only short-term results, but also provides long-term care. I am truly grateful to have her as my doctor.

She is always very responsive & receptive to my needs. I am very comfortable discussing my care with her. She is always so polite and professional. I am confident I am receiving outstanding care.

I understand this may have been an isolated incident and there was probably other things going on with other patients or Dr. Qiu's schedule that contributed to this. However, it was very off putting to have a doctor come in and immediately say, you've been seen by other providers so I don't know why you're seeing me. I probably won't be able to give you a diagnosis.' Despite telling her I was seen at Mayo (the other providers she mentioned) for an unrelated reason and that the Mayo Clinic was a diagnostic clinic not a treatment clinic, and that I was referred by her/onc for a specific reason, Dr. Qiu continued to express that she didn't know why I was there or what I was expecting from her. Again, this could have been an isolated incident and perhaps she was having a bad day or had some other patients that impacted her attitude/bedside manner. I'm not angry about the way I was spoken to, but definitely have reservations about continuing to see her.
