When a doctor is running late, finally sees you and opens the door with "let's go over this quickly" is not a good start. This was John's first appointment with Dr. Keeling which concerned a good size descending aortic aneurysm. We're worried of course, this is my husband's third aneurysm. His ascending aortic aneurysm was repaired by Doctor Edward Chen in 2020. Everything then was explained clearly so the whole process went smoothy. Not so yesterday. We were in and out so quickly that even a staff member was surprised. We left with little confidence but everyone has an off day so we'll try one more time.

Dr. Keeling and his staff is exceptional in courtesy and care.
