I didn't like our last conversation that we had at my last visit. I don't like to be forced or criticized if I'm not comfortable in getting certain treatments. I understand that the doctors are here to help us, however I should not be told that if I don't comply that I won't be considered a patient of theirs anymore. Not nice.

Top notch neurologist and staff. I have my autoimmune for thirty years and Dr. Kesner is the most knowledgeable I had.

Disappointing. I left with no new information and couldn't even get a referral to the movement disorder clinic. I'm in a wheelchair and they told me to go upstairs and ask about an appointment on my own.

I had double vision for 97 days and saw numerous doctors none of which fixed my problem until I was approved to see Doctor Kesner.

The resident was outstanding and very caring. The attending was very professional but this is a life-altering condition and I would have appreciated more interaction from her explaining the mediucation options, any necessary life adjustments moving forward, and her sitting down with me to respond to questions.

My problem fell in the 'idiopathic' category, so there were no obvious causes of the problem. However, Dr. Kesner did order some tests that I think were aimed to interrogate the immune system. Test results are pending

Doctor, Fellow and nurse were excellent.

She was very thorough, kind, and professional. I am not sure I would recommend her based on how long it takes to get an appointment. If the wait time were shorter, I definitely would. Also I don't like the recording system used. There were times she was speaking into the recording and I thought she asked me questions. I would answer and she would hold her hand up as if to say wait. So I wasn't sure if she was asking me or just talking into the system.

She listened and discussed my treatment plan and was easy to talk with

So far I am very satisfied with the care given.

I waited over 7 months for this referral for 2 specific tests which Is why the appointment was scheduled. Dr said the appointment didn't include the 2 tests and I would have to schedule again. Complete waste of time.

Can't obtain return appt for continue care. Is the caseload too large for the practice???
