I felt like Dr. Singh wasn't was interested in talking with me and was rushing out. She asked me a question about when my pain started and her response was "oh, good". I thought that was a bit unsympathetic response to someone's pain. It felt like she wasn't present or paying attention to me or what I was saying.

At the end of our meeting, the doctor just said "have a nice day". She didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns. When I did try to ask a question, her response was "can't you ask a nurse to do this? I have three patients waiting on me ".

The student doctor cared more than the actual doctor and when I asked for a compound lidocaine or something else that may help she proceeded to tell me narcotics don't work for that. I didn't ask for narcotics. I didn't even mention narcotics. Not once! How does compound lidocaine equate to narcotics? She also proceeded to say a lot has been tried already. Yes, that's why we were there. She did not seem to care much. *IF* I go back I will most likely request a different doctor. Hopefully someone like the student doctor who had and showed some empathy, asked questions, and talked to us.
