As was true from the first time I visited 4 years ago, Dr. Rao listened carefully and demonstrated concern for all of my concerns and questions. She is the benchmark for the care I receive from all my doctors. She is careful and attentive.

I think it's funny when I have to call the on call provider and they're shocked at my chart, but it's just another Monday for Dr Rao and she knows what I'm going to ask her about without me even putting in the visit reason. It works so well. Not every PCP will work for every person, but Dr Rao is exactly the PCP I need. It's really nice after having bounced around PCPs for a while. I see a lot of specialists so she has to keep up with a lot but she never misses a beat and somehow can still recall things that happened in 2023, which is crazy to me given how many patients she has

Easy to talk with and learn pros and cons of different options. Thorough and good listener which allowed her to discuss tweaking meds a bit to lower doses. Very happy with Dr Rao.

I had an issue pop up while Dr Rao was out of town and she was super kind to fit me in when she got back. She explained my issue thoroughly and ordered further testing. For this particular issue I was getting opinions from others that were conflicting and I really just needed her opinion. She cleared everything up and really reassured me.

I feel very fortunate to have found a physician as caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Rao. My past experience with numerous physicians has been a wary sort of relationship. I feel Dr. Rao is working alongside with me to address my health issues and concerns instead of going by the books.
