10 out of 10. Excellent experience with the doctor who was extremely informative and took the time to listen and answered all of my questions in a detailed manner. I never felt rushed and pressured to leave which is not always the case when visiting a doctor. I'll definitely be back to see him.

The provider gave an impression that my treatment recommendation was based more on the average expectations for my age rather than on my specific evaluation, but when questioned about the details, he did offer somewhat more personalized information. The after-visit summary included issues not discussed during the visit (e.g., astigmatism).

The doctor was excellent. He took the time to explain my condition and providing me with viable options for dealing with my low vision. He was friendly and personable and made me feel very comfortable.

Doctor seemed confused on what tests were done or not done and what the results were.Based on the nurse's assistant assessment prescribed me glasses that were significantly different than the glasses I have worn so far. I am not very confident about the prescription I received.

Dr Gaasch was excellent! I am now a loyal patient - he took the extraordinary time to educate me on some new diagnoses that I had. Although I had expressed my concerns of vision problems at previous visits he took my concerns at this initial visit I had with him and dug deeper to look for treatment.
