Dr. Total Shah took the time to help me understand my condition and the results of the sleep study with the equipment. She was very patient, kind and gave me as much time as I needed to ask questions. She went above and beyond! I am grateful!

Dr. Shah was legitimately concerned that I had not received my CPAP. I was instructed where to call and what to say to them. Then she want me to message her on My Chart to let her know their response.

Dr. Shal is amazing.. She takes the time to listen and ask questions to make sure that I understand the progress of my treatment and exercise explains things I don't understand.

Dr. Shah continually reminded me how lucky I was that I got to see her as "early" as I did (appointment was made in May. I saw her in August. Also in the notes posted in MyChart there are several things she says we discussed that I don't recall being mentioned at all.

My sleep doctor consulted was for a sleep machine only, she had no interest in providing me other alternatives such as meditation, calming sleep technics or meditation.

Doctor Toral shah is the best

Dr Shah was delightful. Our discussion show that she has read my medical history and the reason for my internal medicine physician's referral to the sleep center. She presented me with my options and my choices for treatment, should treatment be necessary.

In my opinion, a video visit is appropriate for this kind of appointment. I will take any opportunity to avoid the terrible Atlanta traffic. That being said, I still feel constrained for time to talk with the doctor.

Provider did not appear to be very concern about patient's input. Providing physician was somewhat condescending to the patient.

This was my first time seeing this doctor and I'm definitely plan on continuing on as her patient. I told her in person that I was appreciative of her professionalism and her ability to get to the heart of matter. My wife was present during the visit and she agreed it. I would add also that the doctor had extremely good bedside manner.

This first appointment was more about andwering questions on a questionnaire.

Dr Shah went out of her way to correct my problem with getting CPAP supplies from a third party vender.

Dr Shah always does such a good job! Definitely cares for her patients and listens.
