I cannot look for a better Doctor

He is amazing! Absolutely felt comfortable and it was so helpful that he reassured me about this. He was patient with questions my husband and I had.

He didn't know what he was doing or what he was looking at.

The appointment wasn't started in a timely manner. I was informed in the email I should arrive 15 min prior to the appointment which I did. I waited 40 minutes and the provider didn't arrive. I had to call the front office who had to call someone to get in contact with the provider. Then when I finally had the appointment it wasn't acknowledged for the late start or an apology. In addition there were two other staff in the meeting, whom I wasn't introduced to or asked if they could take part in the meeting. On the other hand the doctor appeared to be very knowledgeable and confident in their skills which was helpful to alleviate feelings about a potential surgery. It could be beneficial if time management was more thoughtful.

We have always had excellent care.

I traveled a good distance to see this doctor and hoped for a bit more time. I left feeling like I didn't get a chance to discuss my symptoms in their entirety. I appreciate that he read the information sent by a specialist, but other symptoms were not asked about, leaving me feeling that his opinion is that my health problems are all in my head. He was incredibly kind and I'm willing to continue with him as needed for this reason and his excellent reviews.

Dr Garzon was awesome. Easy to talk too.

The doctor was very informative while ensuring I understood certain risks involved.. With that being said, he stated he wouldn't push the risk but would get as much of my tumor out trying not to damage facial, optic, or other nerves which may be engulfed by said tumor.
