The technical quality is very good. Communication not so much. It is recognized physicians have a tight schedule, and everyone has less than good days. Previous encounters were rather better. But as a retired MD, I expect more. I can enumerate my cardiac abnormalities, but am not sure of their consequences to me. Which of them are not unexpected for my age group? Med changes were not discussed as to why or agreed to. There was a reason for the previous bid benazepril. I'm a bit ambivalent as to FU with a FNP. I've a fair knowledge of cardiac anatomy and Purkinje pathways. Will she have the expertise and experience to answer my questions?
