My comments are related to my lab results and the conversation to discuss them. I feel that Dr. Masud did not seriously consider the possibility that the recent addition of a thyroid medication could be the cause of the increase in my creatinine. I've had my kidney for 17 years now, and I try to follow everything to the letter. It felt very frustrating to have to reiterate that I've been drinking water and the only addition was this new medication.

Dr. Masud is excellent in terms of explaining the issues and offering realistic solutions. I like his dry sense of humor. Quite practical and comes across very credible in his thought process.

For some reason, I felt like the doctor was not too concerned about my health issues if he was or if he did, he sure didn't show it or say it but what can I say? It's not his problem. It's mine. I seem more compassionate doctors than this one.

I love Dr. Tahsin Masud. He is very intelligent man and has a wonderful bedside manner. We have an excellent rapport and he speaks in layman terms. I understand him clearly even with his accent. I appreciate his mild manner because I can get anxious and become very talkative. More than anything, he treats me with respect and makes me feel like he really cares.

Dr. Masud was friendly while being serious about discussing the issue. His analysis was clear and his recommendations were understandable. His approach to treatment was not aggressive. In all, I would give him an A+ for his style and substance.

I wish Dr. Masud would look at the chart and make a plan before I get there. Many doctors do this now with the convenience of laptops.
