Very thorough.

Susan cleaned my wound, commented it was healing well, changed my dressing, and provided me with a few extra dressings and advised on changing them at home. She made a good suggestion to improve the comfort of an immobilizer that had been causing some problems. Susan Snouse was very helpful and reassuring and always pleasant.

Dr. Susan explained everything thing to me with perfection, even describing my pain and why it was happening

I hurt my knee about a week before, I had to go back for follow up. They showed concern about it. They did an X-ray and confirmed that it wasn't broken. It was a bad contusion. They came in explained their findings, and checked rt hip to make sure it wasn't healing properly. Very good experience.

When talking about my biopsy results with Susan Snouse, she was patient to allow me to express an opinion about continuing with further surgery first to address margin issues sooner and before other potential treatments. I appreciate her listening to my concern about that point and found her opinion somewhat similar which was comforting.

The care that I receive from Susan Snouse is always of the highest quality.

Dr. Susan was magnificent as always! She is personable, well liked by everyone, and encourages you to speak your truth so she can resolve your issue. She is very exciting and happy to be around and explains every procedure and surgery as if she did it herself!

I am telling every body about Emory Health Care.

The only part of my visit that was off-putting was when my husband mentioned his excitement about AI being used in the future to make cancer vaccines. Susan gave a bit of a political answer, mentioning how research became de-funded for the NIH the day before. My husband's statement was not meant to be political in any way. Her response to him stung a little. Other than that, our visit was friendly and pleasant.

Sue always listens well, and she answers questions I have. This time she also talked with me about seeing a surgeon again - just to check everything since there was an obvious "clunking" issue with my knee replacement.
