She spent a lot of time answering my questions. My only concern was that she had to look up the name of the cream I was using, as if she had never heard of it (despite common use).

Dr. Davis was excellent, she put me at ease, discussing my visit, during the procedure and provided candid discussion without embarrassment of judgment. I have recommended Dr. Davis to my daughter and granddaughter and will let my closest friend know how excellent her bedside manner and confidentiality during my care.

My experience with Dr. Susan Davis was horrible. She didn't provide any useful information. At one point, she even said there isn't much she knows about different types of medicine. She was not helpful at all when I told her I wasn't sleeping well and was only getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night due to my allergies. Her response was, "Well yeah, breathing is kind of important." She told me to talk to my sleep psychologist, but my sleep psychologist doesn't handle what I can take or do to mitigate my allergies while I'm pregnant.I also tried to communicate that I've been experiencing pain and loss of feeling in my left limbs. Before I could finish my question, Dr. Davis got up, told me to just lie on my back to sleep, and while mid-answer-without letting me finish-she walked out of the room. It wasn't clear to me why. I had to ask someone else what was going on, and they said they thought my appointment was over. I never got to ask about the cramps I've been experiencing either. On top of that, I had just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and she was extremely insensitive to the stress I was feeling from the diagnosis.I NEVER want to be in the presence of this doctor again.

My experience was not pleasant. I was first seen by a student to review my concerns which was fine. The provider returned with the student and asked additional questions. I had concerns with clots during my menstrual, painful menstrual cycles, shorter cycles ranging from 19-25 days with spotting for 4 -5 days in between, facial acne, painful intercourse, feeling more tired, weak, and nauseated during cycles, and headaches towards the end of my menstrual cycle. This has been tracked for a year and progressively getting worse. The provider had a plan before fully listening to me. I continued to explain that I am not myself and something Is not right. I felt there was a lack of compassion for what I was going through and I was just a number. I did not feel heard nor believed. The provider did not complete a physical exam nor a pelvic exam. We had only talked. She gave great cookie cutter recommendations suggesting birth control, tranexamic acid, ultrasound then a hysteroscopy all without doing an exam to understand the issue. I declined birth control due to not liking how it made me feel when I was on it from 18-31 so I am going to try the other recommendations. She did not give a proper good bye and walked out when she was ready although I verbalized that I was disappointed and was in tears. It takes a lot for me to cry so I left there feeling so low, lower than I was when I arrived. I do not want other women to go through this as I have wondered why GA ranks the lowest in maternal care. I quickly learned why yesterday. I will share that the office manager called to learn of my concerns In the afternoon, however, I was at work and could not speak privately.

Would not definitively say if I had a miscarriage. However later out in the notes that I had a miscarriage. Also included items in the notes that we didn't discuss such as stating she counseled me that if it was a miscarriage it wasn't my fault. That conversation never happened. Finally, offered for me to get a follow up ultrasound at MFM. Then stated she mis-spoke and she doesn't think they do them anymore.

This was my first time with Dr. Davis and she was excellent. I will be transferring my care to her. She explained things thoroughly and eased my anxiety before my colposcopy. She validated my pain and gave me options for pain management for future procedures, which has historically been neglected in Gyn procedures. I am specifically filling out this survey to recognize what an excellent provider Dr. Davis is. Please let her know!
