Good people make it really easy to go to a medical appointment and make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. Answer all your questions and concerns. I'm glad I'm a patient with Emory, as in prior times, all my doctors and procedures were at Piedmont. Now I'm even closer to my hospital and doctors and that's a good thing. I'm less than a mile from Emory, and that's a good thing. People that work there, are friendly and knowledgeable. That's a wonderful thing when you're not feeling well.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/17/2024
Dr Rogers was very pleased to learn that I have a new patient consultation set with Dr. Leal in late January, as I might be needing a pacemaker or some other form of "help" for my A-fib, besides medication. He also asked me to undergo a heart ultrasound again for the sake of comparison which he expected would be helpful. I think he tries hard to give good explanations and reasons for his recommendations.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/16/2024
Dr. Rogers is superb. Listens well and reviews what has been done and collaboratively develops a plan. Unhurried. As I am a retired physician, I would rate him among the best of the best.

He wants me to meet with a heart-rate specialist sometime soon but just exactly when was not pinned down. That vagueness is my only negative comment. I think he is an excellent physician and very caring. I also wish he had jotted down the symptoms I should be very concerned about; I am almost 81 and live alone. My daughter was not able to be present for this appt (a regrettable problem with bad traffic and she does not live near by )
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/16/2024

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/24/2024
My daughter and I were very, very impressed with Dr. Rogers; he spent a great deal of time with us and was compassionate towards me as an elderly patient (80) with a recent traumatic injury (cracked patella & repair surgery). I recently learned of my A-fib condition; I really did not want to start new prescriptions but he explained why they were needed to protect me from having a stroke incident. He was real thorough--encouraging me to have 3 tests right away to provide him with the information that would enable him to give me the best care.
