The doctor's nurse sent me a email which, I never discussed with the doctor to change my blood thinner medication from Zarelto to Eliquis. Please the emails attached. This Is the email I sent: Dear Dr. Debragga: Per our visit today you asked me if I wanted to stay with Xarelto and I said yes. We never talked about Eliquis per the message from Nurse Shelley. The application was sent to me but no address as to where to send the application.I have 4 days left of the Xarelto and I am all most out of meds. This application process will take a while so, I will find another doctor for my meds. I feel like you did not hear me.I will find another doctor concerning this matter. Thank you for your attention.Respectfully,Brenda Procter-Grant This was the response I received: Hi Ms. Procter-Grant, I am so sorry for this confusion! This was our mistake and we will be sure to get the correct form sent over to you. Stephanie is in agreement with your request to continue the Xarelto and the plan is to send this in for you. Again - our apologies regarding the Eliquis form that had been sent. Kind regards,Abby RN404-778-0519
