Nurse was fine. Dr Arapalli was good. Only thing is after the doctors visit, I was just left to figure my way out. My eyes had been dilated so everything was fuzzy for me and no one helped or guided me on how to exit. No one offered me the dark disposable glasses for my ride home. I was asked to make a 6 month follow up appointment, but there was no one at the checkout desk. I asked a young girl on my way out who can help me to make a follow up appointment for 6month and she told me to stand in the check-in line which now had about 15-16 people. At least I saw another person behind the checkin counter making it a total of 2 people. There was no way I was going to spend another 30-45 minutes standing in line just to make a follow-up appointment. Driving back was very hard with the suns glare. I did have my own sunglasses. And oh, the restroom In the Imaging waiting place was completely out of toilet paper. Overall, it was a bad experience for me. I expected a smoother and more efficient experience from an Emory location.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/13/2025
Dr. Sruthi Arepalli was not friendly, talked too fast and used medical words I did not understand. When I asked her to explain, she seemed rushed and that I was stupid for not understanding. She acted like I was not important to her and she needed to rush to the next patient. I left there knowing I will never go back to her again. Very rude, arrogant and uncaring.

Dr. Arapelli was amazing in her knowledge, her proficiency in explaining to me what she found and what we might be able to do about it. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me hope for a positive outcome. She listened to my input, and was very gracious in answering questions and agreeing to work with my Oncologist during the course of treatment. She knows what she wants and put everything in motion in just a few moments. I couldn't have been more favorably impressed, and I feel very fortunate to have her working on my problem. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable - I am so very pleased.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/28/2024

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/20/2024
I felt like a widget moving through the process. Little more than a checked box. I understand that there are more patients that can be treated, but I'd like to feel heard.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/14/2024
The care provider should have conversation "looking at the patient or caregiver" with them instead of popping in and typing while giving brief conversation encounters. No discussion of care but only statements of this is what I am doing and brief statement for possible results.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/14/2024
I love Dr Aripalli and she helped come up with a strategy for dealing with my reaction to betadine, but the uncertain wait times is driving me to look elsewhere for treatment for my wet macular degeneration.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/13/2024
Dr arapali is so good with me. She can't really do much to help me because my eye is very bad but I know she cares about my well-being more than I do sometimes. I am thankful she is on my care team and does everything she can to help me get through this.

- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/11/2024
The concerns I had were not with Dr Arepalli but more with the other Dr that performed my laser treatment t procedure. And it's not so much about him so much as the actual surgery. It was the most traumatic thing I have ever gone through. I dont know if it was supposed to be that painful or not but I don't know if I will ever have another laser treatment for my eyes. I would really like to talk to Dr. Arepalli before I have another laser treatment.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/8/2024

I have seen Retina Specialists, Glaucoma Specialists, and other specialists several times monthly over the past several years and Dr. Arepalli was the first and only one to actually say anything about my condition and if anything could be done to improve my vision. It was greatly appreciated
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/16/2024
My care provider has been very supportive and encouraging throughout my process and testing to discover the nature of my eye situation....making the process of healing and treating easier to get through...
