Me being a diabetic the doctor that I use to see there would make sure my feet were good make sure my eyes were ok but this doctor is not really concerned not a good examination

We had a thorough discussion about meds needed to treat my uncontrolled diabetes and how new insurance will influence those choices.

We need to clone Dr. Subbarayan (not sheep). She did a great job at explaining why my thyroid nodule was probably benign but we needed to perform a FNA to confirm.

Seemed very unconcerned , didn't seem interested in researching my problem , had to stop our conversation to call another Dr about another patient then could not reach them . Then continued speaking with me .

When contacting the provider office for issues you receive no response or a very slow response. Have to continually reach out to provider to get your issues resolved.

Dr. Subbarayn was very concern about the state of my bone density, at the same time seriously concerned about my kidney transplant and how to navigate my treatments without bringing about negative impact to my transplant. I truly appreciate her desire to create a workable plan that help remedy this difficult situation. She sounds dedicated to coming up with the best solution that will work.

Every aspect of my visit went very good. I particularly felt great about the near-future steps/treatments/surgery/procedures discussions.

Please see comments on first page. She submitted a new, lower dosage to pharmacy while also stating in portal that dosage should be increased, not decreased. More than a week later, she is still not responding to my message in the portal or phone calls I've made to her office.

The provider need proactive ways to ensure her patients are receiving the best of care from her and her staff

I had never seen this doctor before but our conversation about my blood sugar and my pump was as if she was my regular doctor. She was very nice, patient, caring and helpful. She gave me some good suggestions.

Emory health stuff has to do better.

I believe the doctor is extremely bright. She does give you time to talk and explain what she believes is going on, but she needs to schedule her patients for longer visits, so people don't have to wait.

Doctor ordered an ultrasound at the last appointment, which was done on Jan 31, but hadn't looked at results. There is some kind of special lab test the doctor wants, but it requires me to fill out a form and make sure insurance will pay for it. This is surprising to me because I've been going to Emory Winship since 2006 and I've never had to do this. Lab work has always been ordered by Emory and cleared with insurance beforehand.
