Dr. Woolwine answered my questions and I came away with a much better understanding of treatment options and pain management. It was a good visit.The PA was very nice and also answered questions, did a physical exam of my knees and gave me an injection in each knee. The injection in the left knee was uncomfortable but OK. The injection into the right knee was extremely painful. It felt like a huge bolus was pushed suddenly into a very small space. I hope there is a way to make it less painful next time I need an injection. I know an analgesic is part of the injection, but it clearly wasn't enough or didn't have enough time to work.

I have nothing but good things to say! I have recommmend a lot of people to Emory. Dr. Woolwine is truly remarkable. This is my only place I will go and I live 3 hours away

The doctor and the PA took the time to review my case before they came into the room. This is my fourth doctor visit concerning this issue. I was referred to Dr. Woolwine for his expertise. He guided me through the findings answered all my mom and my questions! He made recommendations to further examine the problem so that the solution and approach to care could be accurate and provide the resolution I am seeking! I like him! I asked him for a hug!

Dr Woolwind was very knowledgeable, pleasant and consideratetook time to explain injury, treatment, procedures and prognosis. Could not be more pleased.

Dr. Woolwine was great! He listened to me, let me know what he thought was going on, and explained everything to me. He didn't laugh or roll his eyes when I said my goal was to play tennis again! I felt understood and respected. I appreciated that.

The reason I gave a good rating is because is because some of notes I read online was not discussed with me. For example, I don't remember discussing an alternative to surgery, and the notes said it was discussed. I have been told they tumor this to be removed by 2 doctors because of the size. The doctor did ask me several time did I have any questions.
