I would highly recommend Dr Jacob. He is meticulous and offers full explanations and happily answers any and all concerns. He is an excellent listener as well. He thoroughly reviewed my medical history precious tests etc

I love Dr. Jacobs. He did inform me he was leaving the practice in Feb. He told me I should have gotten a notice in My Chart from his staff letting me know of the change. However, I did not. I am disappointed the staff didn't send me the letter and I was blindsided by the information. I am truly devastated he is leaving bc I will miss Dr. Jacobs and appreciate all that he has done for me over the years. Not sure if there is another Dr that I will be able to trust as much as him.

This provider Is an Endocrinologist,who is exceptionally great at craft he demonstrates excellence at all times,I have always recommended him,unfortunately he is leaving ,but has cared for my husband, myself and other family members he will be missed.after caring for us 18-20 years of the best care.

Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful doctor who has taken great care of me for years. He treats me holistically, going beyond just my diabetes care and even suggesting care changes to some of my other doctors who have always agreed with his suggestions.

Dr. S. Jacobs is thorough in his examinations and articulations relating to the exam, test results, and plans as we move forward.

Dr. Jacob's I informed me that he is leaving the service, which made me sad. He explained that I should seek medical attention after a fall I sustained. He examined, and I now have to make appointments for X-rays, and an injection for my bones, for which I had no knowledge. He will be sadly missed.

Doctor Jacob was very understanding and listened to all of my concerns and made referrals when necessary.

Dr Jacobs is the best. I have been a patient since 2010. He is always very thorough and leaves no stone unturned.

Dr. Jacobs understood my frustration and we talked through several options. He also explained why the GMI from my Dexcom G7 didn't necessarily correlate to my A1C. ( I was worried that my A1C had gone up markedly but in fact it was very good.)Even though there are no real magic potions for weight loss that will work with my other conditions and meds, I left feeling less frustrated.
