Dr Yim listens. Shows care and collaborates on treatment plans. I never feel rushed, I feel heard and as someone who is overweight I have frequently been dismissed by healthcare providers. I'm so happy to have found her as my PCP, someone who listens, treats me with kindness and respect, and has helped me find a treatment plan that has helped me with my weight loss and 50% reduction in my A1C which is changing my life.

Dr. Yim is the best PCP I've ever seen! She is warm, caring, very knowledgeable, and never makes me feel rushed. She has a very easygoing bedside manner and demonstrates that she values my experience and input. I see her for check ups and medication management and she is always thoughtful in developing a care plan to address any concerns and involves me actively in decision making. I recommend her enthusiastically!

I have no doubt in my mind that Dr. YIM is very nice person. But she needs to realize that the patient go to her for treatment and not for anything else; so she really needs to be patient. She always act if she is in hurry to leave the room. And cause of that most of the time l had left her office unsatisfied and still having some unanswered questions. That is not professional!!

Dr Yims So Young is excellent very informative I have seen her twice now and is a great doctor. I had some question about my medication, and I sent my question through MyChart. The next day she called me which was impressive to answer my questions.

Dr Him both listened to my concerns and responded with comments and suggestions. Results from the lab arrived promptly along with her comments on them shortly afterwards.

Dr Yim listened to me and heard my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and had a good plan of care going forward.

I came in to establish new patient with Dr. Yim. We ended up doing my annual physical that day as well. My prior doctor with Emory healthcare performed a breast examination during physicals, but Dr. Yim does not. I would recommend that during an appointment for annual physical. Outside of that, Dr. Yim is Excellent doctor with great bedside manner. She is very thorough and listened to all my questions.

This was my first initial visit with Dr. Yim after transferring to her from Dr. George Jones. We went over my medical history. It is too soon to make a determination at this point though the visit overall was good. When I told Dr. Yim about my 2 DVTs in my left leg and the left leg is a little larger than the right leg and my concern about the damaged valves and veinous insufficiency and the broken blood vessels in my left foot and concern for good blood flow, I would have expected her to look at the leg and check the pulse at the ankle as Dr. Jones always looked at the leg and checked the pulse at the ankle. Each doctor is different and has different levels of experience and I have to realize that Dr. Yim is not Dr. Jones. At the end of the visit she did ask if I had any thing that I needed to discuss with her but I didn't mention about checking my leg so that is my fault, maybe I didn't think of it, I don't remember. She was pleased that my overall health is good. As I mentioned at the beginning this was my initial visit with Dr. Yim. I will be able to make a better determination after my next visit.
