We love the video appointments. We are in our 70's and live almost 5 hours from Emory and it make it so much easier for us, mentally, physically and financially. Our appointments are just as good as if we were actually sitting in the same room as the doctor.

Dr. Graves is an amazing doctor. I had been having a problem with a 39 year old implant from a breast reconstruction in 1986. I had seen my Plastic Surgeon the Thursday before and Dr. Graves had completely reviewed his visit notes before our appointment. She spent considerable time with my husband and me discussing this scary issue. It meant a lot to both of us.

Dr. Graves is an outstanding doctor, although, I think she is burdened with too many patients.

The visit was smooth, the doctor, nurses, coordinator etc were all knowledgeable, showed concern for all areas of my health and was very reassuring all the way to the end of my appointment.

She is very through and interested in how you are feeling. She takes time and listens to you.

Dr. Graves always prepare ahead of time for Brent's visit. It's always a thorough evaluation. She makes sure we understand treatment plan, love how she Interacts with this special need patient.

She told me all the about my Lab results and she told me about my kidney and what I have to do with my medicine and refill all I need.
