Overall the detail and education of my medical concerns were addressed and the doctor explained everything to where it could be understood.

Dr. Wise is always thorough and asks me my opinion about her recommendations. I am very pleased with her treatment and how she involves me in the process. She is excellent!

We have been through a series of doctors since May trying to find answers, and Dr. Wise was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and frankly, the kindest physician we encountered in the process. She clearly explained concerns in a manner that was easy to understand, and put us on the path to correct treatment after months of frustration. I understand completely why she was so highly recommended by friends in the community and other physicians.

Dr.Wise explained everything that she was doing in a very clear and concise manner. She has an all questions and easy to understand Manor. She also included me in all the treatment decisions and plans.

I felt as if the decision, to treat me, had already been made before she even came into the room. While the decision was correct I felt I was hitting a brick wall when I was asking about other options. It appeared she didn't believe my issue was enough of a problem to even pursue a resolution.

I got the impression I was wasting the doctor's time.

Dr Wise was thoughtful in her responses to my questions, gave clear explanations, was clear and concise with her assessment and advice, and was generally helpful and all around great.

Doctor listened to all of my concerns very thoroughly

This must have been an off day as Dr was not her normal empathetic self. She seemed annoyed that my retired allergist husband wanted to share his thoughts. I believe what he was sharing was helpful. I feel Dr Wise is very competent and don't want this feedback to be harmful. I am only stating that we left feeling unheard. We asked open ended questions about possible next steps and she was not open to discussing. No possible outcomes, no possible pathways other than increase rinses and get MRI

I'm used to emory physicians being extremely kind and welcoming and that was not what I experienced at this visit. I'm also not sure why I got examined twice, first by a PA and then by the physician. They seemed really eager to tell me I was fine and get me out the door. Not the worst visit I've had but certainly not a provider I'd recommend.

Dr. Wise was able to confirm that my nasal passage was not the cause of my nose bleeds. I was referred for an MRI for analysis.

Provider came with student/resident/intern? And this person looked out my nose instead of provider without any consent. I don't want to be under the care of student/resident/intern?.And there was no explanation who is who and any consent on my part.

Dr. Could not find any problems, But obviously, I had a problem she couldn't wouldn't recognize.
