This was, by far, the worst interaction I've had with any healthcare provider. Not only did she show no concern for my issues, but she also completely disregarded Dr. Graham's history of my care. She lacks the patient care skills and bedside manner needed for this field. If I could have rated her a zero, I would have.

It's been a long time since I've seen a doctor who was that kind, intelligent, and attentive. Everything was explained thoroughly and our questions were all answered. She was very helpful to my sister and me.

She was well informed of my medical history, which was a pleasant surprise. I've never had an experience (at least in recent years) where a provider was as proactive with my medical history. This immediately set me at ease since there have been gaps in my care.
