Dr. Milton listened to my concerns, conducted an exam and answered my questions. I found him to be thorough and genuinely attentive to my concerns. He has suggested additional therapy to address my healthcare needs.

I believe the doctor is very skilled in his field with a poor bedside manner. I feel he jumped to conclusions and would not hear what I had to say. Also, I thought I was being cared for by a neurologist. I did not see that on his profile. To begin my appointment, the resident came in to see me first which I did not know would happen. No one told me or asked my permission to see the resident doctor. . I told him a synopsis of 4 1/2 years of what I've been dealing with. Then, the doctor came in and asked me to repeat what was going on, even though I had told the resident already. I clarified with the doctor that he wanted me to repeat it and the doctor said yes. I feel like the doctor really didn't listen to me and several times kept me from speaking. It appeared he controlled the dialogue. He spoke to the resident in front of me educating him on me instead of spending time with me and speaking to me. I feel that took away from my care.I do realize by not having my records that it prevented him from looking at the big picture, I understand that but the way I was treated was very disrespectful. I truly hoped that the doctor could help me, but I realized that it was making it worse. I ended up crying and telling him that I did not like him. He made assumptions about me that someone that was diagnosed with what I was diagnosed with couldn't function as a teacher and realtor. I disagree because a lot is muscle memory that o rely on to function. The doctor apologized when I cried and said maybe it would have been better to have a conversation with the resident after my appointment, instead of in front of me. I agree, he stopped twice to speak to the resident in medical terms infringes of me without explaining what he was saying. He used medical terms to explain something with my middle finger nails on both hands without explaining. I started crying right after because I was so overwhelmed and frustrated. Thank you for asking for feedback. It was terrible.

He is a great Dr. However, I don't really believe he has time for questions or maybe this type of appointment is strictly for an injection and no time for questions. I don't know. Just frustrated

Is there a doc like Milton who primarily sees women of childbearing age? He is a phenomenal doc at what he does...and I wish I also had a doc on my team who sees younger, walking women so I have a clearer gauge of my health. It's hard when his main frame of reference is older wheelchair users living in institutional settings.

I had the best overall medical care, concern, and professionalism of any hospital experience of my lifetime...and I've only had 1 questionable experience during my 1st stroke 4 years ago @ a neighboring facility. Emory's Neuro team and nurses/attendants, blew that hospital stay out of the water!

The doctor and his resident were exceptionally attentive, professional, and patient throughout the entire visit. They took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns, answered each question, and made sure nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Despite my mom language barrie, they remained understanding and fully engaged (as I was translating the conversation for my mom). Thoughtful communication and compassionate care. Made mom felt heard and well cared for. Impressive.

Dr. Milton did a great job. Not only did he provided the treatment Jean-Baptiste needed, but he kindly wrote an prescription for a safe bed that would accommodate my son's needs. He also educated us about the treatment provided and he supported me in my decision to order safe equipment for my son. He made sure the amount of medication my son was receiving was going to solve the concerns I had about my son's treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Milton to parents/caregivers raising adults and young adults with special needs..
