Dr is the best!

He was a very good communicator, especially since I was agitated by the portal delay in connecting. BUT he was not prepared in the respect of not having the MRI report. That I portaled the reminder to besure to have the report and the blood tests including the dates two days before the telehealth. He didn't have it!!! So I spent a half day on the phone trying to straighten it out with American Health Imaging that they didn't attach the REPORT. That's medical information needs to be ready AHEAD of time. Basically half of my telehealth was a Zero.

Dr. Parekh is phenomenal- he is genuinely caring and provides clear explanations to my numerous questions. I never feel rushed and have complete confidence in his expertise.
