I had all good results from my latest blood tests. I was concerned about my new BP medicine and when it said to take it and Dr merchant fixed all that problem for me and I was so happy about that. I also had lots of concerns about the radiation from all the scans I've had to have and she talked to me about that and helped with my fears. She didn't treat it like it was a silly concern. I appreciated her care for my feelings about it very much. She is very helpful with fears and never pushes me to do something I am not ready to do. She is very patient and understanding. It makes me feel heard. I'm so glad she is my DR.

I have recommended Dr Merchant to others and my brother is also her patient now. Dr merchant is excellent in explaining all her reasons for the decisions she recommends. She explains everything to me. She doesn't just tell you anything without her reason and explanation. She goes over things and makes sure you understand them. I appreciate everything and her and wish she were independent and not have to follow rules and go by books. Drs were never meant to be employees. This is just wrong.

I have my brother now under Dr Merchants care also and am about to talk my best friend to switch to her. She is a very good DR. She Listens to me and she lets me debate her decisions and gives me reasons why she picks what she does for me. I ask her about all my other providers and want her feedback about them and the their care and my concerns about any of it. I really know she's going to help me and not just tell me it's my decision. She has learned I want her feedback and I'm very glad that she will give it and not just dismiss me. I believe she really cares any my health and helping me maintain it the best we can.
