Dr Philips is the best doctor, I have ever visited. She is caring and informative. I met her in 2005 and she has not changed and that's been over 20 years. I will forever be grateful for her being a part of my life as a doctor. It will never be another doctor like Dr. Phillips, Emory has to get another doctor that looks like me, a black woman that will carry on her legacy.
