He described two possible surgery options available including the risks involved with each one since I had had previous surgery in the same area. Dr. Kelley was very personable and friendly and easy to talk with but I don't remember him asking me directly what my concerns were but, rather went strictly by what the referring doctor passed on to him. I don't think he totally understood the issues I need help with

I never saw the doctor. After waiting 1.5h I had to leave to not be late for a different appointment. I found the doctor having a leisurely chat with his med student. He tried to claim there were other patients he had to see before me, but clearly that was not the case when he was in his office. He showed no respect for my time, told me no doctors office was 100% efficient, and made excuses instead of simply acknowledging how long I had been waiting. He told me if I didn't like the way the office was run, maybe he was not the doctor for me. A very dismaying experience that ultimately influenced my decision not to go through the surgery with him.

Dr Kelley is a great doctor. He has extensive knowledge but also has understanding of how to communicate with people. He shows sympathy, concern and care. He don't just treat your issue he treats you as a person. He knows his patients when he addresses you.

This visit a little rushed. My visit was routine for 6 months, but I did have a few questions related to my bladder/kidneys not answered after proceeure completed.

The complete experience from initial contact, to scheduling, to the clinical care has been exceptional.

I was pleased and impressed with Dr Kelley and his student Dr Grey, especially that they are aware and educated about EDS (which many doctors are not).
