Dr. Bowers is a good listener and we discussed treatment options. I continue to be disappointed with the way the entire team functions, not coordinating their work except by notes, not thoroughly reviewing previous XR and information. This is not a comment on the doctors' knowledge or work in person, but rather poor practice management. As an example, my PT diligently sent progress reports which were not read or signed. There is room for improvement in process.

Dr. Bowers explains my medical condition and future risks, benefits and options so that I may understand. It's like we are a team.

My visit was very thorough, all questions were answered, and I was given a great plan of care.

I think there could be more attention paid to side effects of treatments. I do not remember hearing the numbness that would accompany a cortisone shot in the affected area, or the pain associated with a PRP injection. Neither would have changed my mind about proceeding as I completely trust my provider.....just would have set more realistic expectations so the rest of my day could have been planned better.

The doctor didn't voluntarily offer much detail as to what to expect after procedure , the care of the area if needed , he is efficient and no nonsense , therefore I trust and can recommend him Obviously he has experience , knows what is within its competence. Arguably one could wish for a more " human approach " He seems detached preoccupied , providing the service nothing else . Which adds sometimes to my anxiety , feeling my concerns could be irrelevant or not interesting enough. That adds to my hesitation to seek help or be preventive . It takes a strong motivation to fight for my case
