Dr. Danilkowisc was recommended to me by two different people. He discussed my upcoming surgery on February 20th and the recovery period so I had a good understanding of what to expect. Of course I understood that not all patient's recovery is the same. I felt much better about my surgery after meeting with Dr. Danilkowisc.

Great care provided. The discussion regarding my injury, options of treatment and end result was great. I left well informed and feeling good.

I have a really rare case, so there's not much precedent for what to do or how to figure out exactly what's wrong. He's willing to work with me though to get to the bottom of it and get me feeling better

Dr. Danilkowicz asked me a lot of questions about my shoulder injury, my knee pain, and my neck pain. He Iistened carefully and maintained eye contact. He ordered scans of my knee and neck. I had an MRI of my shoulder a few weeks prior.He clearly communicated what the issues were using the scans and a model of my shoulder. He discussed what my options were and we decided on our course of action.He gave me an injection in my knee for arthritis and it really helped with the pain. He referred me to my spine surgeon to furthur discuss the scans of my neck. Dr. Danilkowicz is an exceptional physician. He is a good listener and I felt much better after my visit knowing I had a full understanding of what was going on and that we had a game plan for my recovery from my injury.

I have been amazed with how good Dr. Danilkowicz has been and especially his willingness to stay and patiently answer all of our questions without us feeling rushed in any way. We haven't got that as well at some other places.

Overall, Dr. Rick is a patient, uncomplicated physician to work with. He treats patients well consistently and interacts with them at any level that they are comfortable sharing information on. He is remarkable in that sense. For me, it's like going to a trusted doctor that you can hang out a bit with and still get down to business. His staff follow this path as well. I recommend him all the time.

Dr. Danilkowicz is truly a rare finding in healthcare. He listens. He is patient. He is compassionate. He takes time to figure out your concerns and address them. I never felt rushed which does not happen in healthcare. He made my spouse and I comfortable to discuss any concerns. He also went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident about the healing track that I was on. I hope Emory takes the time to understand this is not just a talented doctor but an amazing human. He discussed what I might expect were I to have the surgery and also set reasonable expectations for pain relief and shoulder functionality for me.
