This was my first visit, so mostly fact-finding. Dr. Gripaldo was very thorough, answered all questions, and scheduled a virtual follow-up visit after expected time to analyze tests and past medical records.

I found it extremely difficult to communicate with Dr Gripaldo as she co=hose to wear a mask during the entirety of this visit. I am hearing challenged and read lips to enhance my ability to understand what has been spoken. This was explained to her and her response was to speak louder yet continue to wear the mask. Very frustrating for me and simply makes me seek care elsewhere

She does not seem to remember past visits.we seem to rehash past visits. For example on this visit she asked if I was using Wixela daily. While the visit before this one, I told her the Pharmacy stated she had D/C'ed the Wixela. And at that previous visit, she did not reorder Wixela. So I still was not taking it as it had not been reordered. Then she seemed irritated at me that I had not been using it. And how could I have been using it? As she did not reorder it.

The proposed treatment is not being addressed in a timely manner. I was told it would take at least one week before I'd be given the opportunity to make an appointment for this treatment!

The assistant doing the pulmonary function resting was very curt and made me anxious and stressed out .she is not good to be treating sick people. She needs more training to improve her ' bedside' manners. Dr Gripaldo was excellent and saved the dat for me.

I did not feel the doctor listened to me. All I get are more tests. I think she was angry because I didn't agree with her. I did not like that the doctor hadn't made any effort to talk to the cardiologist when it is obvious to me that my problem includes an interaction between the two areas. I think doctors need to .collaborate.
