I have so many other issues so when I come to see doctor he is just wonderful! He doesn't make me feel like a crazy old lady!. He explains things to me that now I can try before my next appointment. And he's glad that if I have some symptoms that at this time I don't have. He knows I will come back. I never feel like I'm just a crazy old lady. I am so grateful for his understanding, and of course his patience with me. His staff is an extension of him and you can't train for that. That all comes from their heart. Thank you for him being my cardiologist.

Dr Santos takes the time to explain things to me in a manner in which I can understand because of all the drugs that are being pumped into me. I am running with high blood pressure and I can't seem to get it under control but because he has told me that my caregivers can call him with their concerns has made me feel so much better because they can speak directly to him instead of me trying to relate something that I might misinterpret or get incorrect. I think is absolutely wonderful I've never had a doctor say have them call me. That's impressive! So my team of nurses feels good that their concerns can be directly addressed by my doctor instead of them trying to interpret what I think he means .
