Included me in all decisions and explain thoroughly what would be the result if we tried different things and I appreciate it that very much. Not only did she explain to me why this would be the best approach but also the positive impact on result that it would have on what I'm experiencing now.

Visit was for BP follow up. Dr Dbouk was kind enough to complete a one page pre-op clearance form after my visit for my upcoming cataract surgery. She faxed document to my surgeon and I was able to wait for few minutes after my visit to receive a copy. That's effort going above and beyond and it means a great to me. She is the best!

Dr. Dbouk is the very best! She's so smart and up to date with what's happening in medicine. She never makes me feel like she's in a hurry (even when I know how busy the clinic is!). She answers my questions and explains the why and how of what she's doing. Honestly, if you could clone Dr. Dbouk and Dr. Castellano, Emory Healthcare patients would always give 5 star ratings!

Everything was great with the exception of the wait time. My energy is very low, and it was hard to wait over an hour for my appointment.

I didn't get any answers and we all forgot that she wanted blood tests as well, I expected and wanted referrals to specialists as well, which I did not get; but if the follow up is ok I will be content. She was new to me and I to her but she seemed interested in catching up and explained her decisions on how to progress which I appreciated and respect. I was hoping she could row some antibiotics at my own diagnosis but that's not how it is done these days.

This is the first time seeing Dr. DBouk. She is one of the most thorough doctors that I have visited here at Emory. She is very patient. She listened to every single issue that I had and ruled out and explained to me what her thoughts were. I didn't feel rushed; and I finally felt like someone cared about my well being. Dr Dbouk is wonderful. Very smart and informed, but so easy to talk with. She is clear in her explanation of why she's doing certain tests, what the current recommendations are, but she also expresses real interest and concern. She never appears rushed, or that she is thinking about anything but me.

Like I said, he addressed all my concerns and recommend me to do certain things that I need to have done but I chose not to do that right now but she was very understanding about that but she's said you need to pursue that so I said OK but she was very concerned about it so that was my call And she said when you get ready, you need to make an appointment and I said OK.
