The PA was not explaining the condition to me, so I did not answer that question. However, I thought her approach to testing and referral for follow up with the gastroenterologist was well organized, and comprehensive.

I felt like Rashawn and I had a productive discussion about my recent colonoscopy, my health, and about options for my next one (in 10 years). She also made it possible to explore some related thoughts which led her to order a stool study for me. This interaction was exactly how I wish all discussions went with my medical-care providers.

RASHAWN was excellent, friendly and helpful and personable. She did not minimize the fact that both my grandparents on both sides died of colon cancer at a young age or minimize that fact that I had a polyp at 40 (which my gastro at the time indicated meant that I had a genetic predisposition to colon cancer) . She was helpful not dismissive.

It was my first time seeing Ms. Chin but I felt very comfortable with her and I felt she paid attention to my concerns and complaints

I feel 100% confident that Dr. Rashawn Chin has an overall good health outcome for me as part of her treatment and reccomdations of my care.

The doctor brought in two students, and they actually saw me first. Between the students taking up extra time and having to have multiple bright lights shown in my face, and the long waiting times I'm not sure. The provider did seem very knowledgeable and I understand the need for students, but the overall environment is one that I don't know that I would come back to.

Didn't had much chance to say products related problems, swelling in feet, any food gives bloating and pain. Didn't discuss regarding probiotics. I have tried many products in the past with no success. Overall, GI needs improvement. Dr. /NP Has to decide between colorectal visit or endoscopy. Also, visiting gyn for keep developing yeast. These are on going problems since my college time. Now due to family and all, I have got GI problems since 2016. Me it looks like liver or colorectal problems. Based on what I have seen in my grandpa.
