Rachel is the best! She seems to read my mind! Her reassurance and advice helped me know what to expect next in my recovery and how to continue to take care of myself during the recovery period. She answers every question and never seems rushed. So grateful for such a wonderful professional handling my care!

Ms Rapp was reassuring and anticipated many of our questions/concerns. For example, she already had printed copies of my X-rays so she could explain what we would see on them. Everything was great. A day later I discovered a burn in the site and realized that the spray used to numb the area gave me a freeze burn. It was was painful and bothersome. That was an unexpected consequence. Otherwise it was excellent.

I've already recommended this office to family and friends. I felt like a priority and not a number. I wasn't rushed and we had a conversation about me. It was warm and very pleasant. I am very pleased!

Care and understanding was great. I had an adverse reaction to the injections after leaving and sitting in traffic for an hour. My legs did not function for about 5 minutes after exiting the car. I couldn't walk.

Everyone was compassionate and clear in their explanations

Resident and Attending suggested a lot of medication changes that remain a little unclear as to the need for them and without enough explanation about what the added meds are expected to do. We asked questions but felt rushed to accept the suggestions. Most of the suggestions were on an as needed basis so we decided not to continue questions.
