Reading the After Visit Summary, there are 2 items that are not correct.

Dr. Anna was very engaging and simply explained my care plan. Loved the visit.

Beyond exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rachel (I forgot her last name) was AMAZING. I would highly recommend her to anyone and my fellow Executive peers.

There was no problem or condition to discuss. This was routine annual appointment. And to establish care with new PCP because my former PCP retired.
