She went above and beyond to show us about how poor our child's eyesight actually was and was very helpful and nice. We love Dr. Lenhart!!

I am under the impression the doctor didn't review my child's chart prior to the visit as she seemed surprised that he was there vs a local optometrist. I reminded her the he sees her for routine checkups and we learned only after leaving that she didnt perform the test he usually gets to check the stats of his condition and sje expects us to travel back again for it, meaning we have to pay for it and arrange our schedules again when she could have taken the time to get it done while we were there.

My son's experience with Dr. Lenhart has been such a blessing. She is always so kind, gentle, and caring, which makes him feel completely at ease during every visit. What I love most is that she never rushes us she takes the time to answer every question with patience and understanding, making sure we both feel heard. Her genuine compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing my son is in her care. I am truly grateful for her.

We are extremely pleased with Dr Lenhart's care. She apologized for the long wait. Said she takes a break at 3:30pm or so to eat. That's very telling.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Lenhart herself. But because of the lengthy wait time to make an appointment and consistently long wait time once we are in the office, I have to select poor for this answer. Moreover, there have been issues with the billing department from our very first visit approximately four years ago. After every visit, there has been an issue and it has required hours and hours of phone calls. It makes us not want to return.

The doctor made it seem as if my child's eyes had drastically changed or gotten worse. Brought in many other doctors to review eyes. Even accused third party of giving the wrong glasses. Only for us to find out later that dr. Lynhart mixed up my child's right and left eye prescription needs. Serval months of patching and hundreds of dollars for three pair of glasses wasted by her mistake.
