Dr. Joe is great. I explained my concern not just the double vision in my left eye, but the pressure and pain in my right eye She did a thorough examination of both eyes that they are healthy. My vision is OK she She suggested that if the pain continues, I get with my primary care physician to see what next steps might be, but from an eye exam perspective, everything seemed to be fine

Im not sure the physician understood that my father had alzheimers and was only oriented to self. She kept asking him questions that he was unable to answer despite me saying he had Alzheimer's twice during the session. She was helpful in getting his treatment plan in place.

I was concerned about glaucoma and if the medications I take would negatively impact my IOP. We discussed OTC products and my prescription meds and found out my IOPs have been normal. My only concern is that I didn't need a new glasses prescription and discussed that with my technician. Dr. Jo only said she was going to check the numbers. I made sure to tell them because I would have to sign and pay for it (per the ladies at the counter). So I was surprised when I checked out, I still had to sign and pay, when Dr Jo was only 'checking the numbers.' and I'm mentioning it here, because I'm not going to argue with the women in registration, especially because they already told me and they're only responsible for my checking in and out. I think Dr. Jo should be allowed to check my prescription, without holding me responsible, And I was also there for contact fitting and not a glasses prescription.

Dr Petra is a very good doctor. She seems very confident and made me comfortable. She explain dry eye drops to me that I am no longer confused about the drops. I was able to take the information she provided and educate my family. Dr. Petra explain the results of each test.
