Obiageli Okonkwo, Nurse Practitioner, was phenomenal. She listened carefully, was compassionate, and fully understood the medical limitations related to my surgery.

Okonkwo, Obiageli, NP was very attentive, listened carefully, and clearly answered my questions. She also took time to provide a before and after comparison of my progress and was enthusiastic for my progress. Great work and care! Thank you and much appreciated!

I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She has horrible bedside manner. Was hear me but not actually listening or helping I any kind of way. Drove 30 minutes in thw pouring rain to get no help.

I was given options I had no clue. They explained in detail the difference and helped me make a decision

The provider was 8 minutes late to the thelehealth, where I waited at work. I logged out and left my office for the day 12 minutes after the scheduled appointment time the provider sends me another link to log in. I do. She tells me that she saw where I logged in and then logged out. I told her because she was late to the call. By this time I'm driving home from work and she tells me that she can not perform the appointment because it's a safety Rick. So I did not get any information

NP Obi went above and beyond. She was a real blessing: so thorough and clever, guiding through my care options

I was extremely pleased with my visit. The NP was very thorough in her explanation's of everything. She asked me many times if I had questions and answered the ones I had. She was very patient and took time making sure that I understood everything before I left.

I'm having my fourth surgery with Dr. Ahmad and I wouldn't trust anybody else to operate on my spine. I also think highly of his Nurse Practitioners as well.

Obi is a fantastic practitioner. She was very gentle while removing all of my staples. She seemed genuinely concerned about my pain and an inflamed area on my abdomen. She brought the doctor in to take a look and both OB and the doctor were fantastic.

My first video Dr. Visit. Very professional. All necessary questions were answered. Several tests were given. Body movement, standing on toes, heals to verify mobility. I was impressed.

My husband and I were both very confused about diagnosis and treatment recommendations. It seemed that there may have been a language barrier in terms of our communication. The one thing we did understand was that she would check with the Dr regarding the ct scan and previous mri. I'm still not comfortable not having had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Dr about his recommendation.

The appointment time frame wasn't long enough. The NP had to end the appointment in order to go down to the ER.

Next N.P. Obiageli Okonkwo moves forward to making recommendations for best practices in addressing any new concerns with the patient's feelings / perspectives in mind, very impressive. Very knowledgeable and considerate.

I already have recommended a friend to schedule an appointment with Obie.

If ever I need medical care and I am sent to Emory hospital I know I will get the best care.

The PA was professional as well as personable. She made me feel at ease and listened to me regarding my condition. She was very concerned and made me feel as if she really cared about the care I should receive as well as talking to me about the doctor that I would see on my next visit.

Physician/Provider did a great job explaining the MRI images and possible treatment options.

The nurse practitioner explained everything very well together we came up with a plan which I hope will get me started in the correct healing direction

She took her time explaining everything in detail including going over my MRI on the computer screen. She asked me if I had any questions regarding my care and future visits. My visit with her was 10 stars. Couldn't be treated any better.

Obiageli Okonkwo was terrific. She listened and responded to my concerns.

She bore out the beginning comments of only doing surgery, no diagnostics. Neurology had a 2 yr wait list so with my atypical symptoms my best route to go was to get my Dr to recommend a good rheumatologist to find an autoimmune disease that fits me. That suggestion saved the 3 hr trip!

Dr. Diebolt, has given me a second chance to Walk. Dr. OB has given me a second chance to walk. They both are very professional. I thank the Lord for the both of them

The doctor I saw was helpful, empathetic, and kind.

My MRI scan was not current. The physician assistant said I had a fracture on the MRI, but because it was taken in 2023, it is considered a chronic problem. Then when I asked her questions about the written MRI report I had, so would not answer me. I had to ask her the same question 5 times.

She didn't answer most of my concerns in a proper manner even when she was checking few parts of my body,I asked what was so funny? She was laughing without answer.

All of the above are reasons why I'm satisfied & eager to learn the surgeons thoughts about my situation.
