It was obvious she had reviewed all of the information in the chart before entering the room. She knew what our concerns were, why we came and she was very helpful in getting us the assistance we needed, namely a referral for a biopsy.

Provider wasn't concerned that another infection could be imminent once antibiotics were stopped. I'm certainly concerned since I've been hospitalized for exactly that problem. Provider could not tell me the source of my illness & why I keep getting ill/hospitalized.
