Was asked what was wrong. Wasn't given the opportunity to explain about the bad experience in the imaging room. And my concern about the reason I was there was treated as insignificant. I was told what the problem was, prescribed medication, and told when to return. Impatient about my questions and really didn't address my concerns. Hurried through visit.

I drove 1.5 hours one way from my home to see Dr. Brown. That is because I trusted her skills the one time she examined me years ago. She is well worth the drive. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS AND AMAZING! She listened to my concern and gave an honest assessment.

I like my care provider very much. I have had many health issues lately. She has shown concern and care for my situation, the whole person. She seems to be a skilled eye physician but cares about you as person. I highly recommend her.

Dr Brown is very knowledgeable. However I still had complications from the procedure she did. She has reached out to another specialist for advice. Cornea specialist said we had to wait for swelling to decrease. Dr pleased with time reducing edema.

Dr. Nanita Brown was absolutely EXCELLENT! As a physician myself, I can be ultra critical of my colleagues with regard to my care but Dr. Brown exceeded ALL of my expectations and clearly is not only an expert but has good "bedside" manner and made me feel very calm and supported through the examination and discussion of my findings. She innately perceived my anxiety as it related to my diagnosis and I left feeling empowered and truly cared about!!!! "Very Good-5" isn't a high enough numeric value for her.

Dr. Brown was very kind and informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. I was glad to meet her.

Dr Brown was very quick, she only told me my eyes are severely dry and to use artificial tears. I saw an optometrist just this week who said no do not use the drops, and prescribed an ointment for the severeness and showed me the photos of my eyes and that I have blood vessels trying to grow to my cornea. I feel that Dr Brown should have also seen this.

I felt provider was rushing through the appointment. I have gone to Ophthalmologist on a regular basis since I was 6 years old. This was the worst visit I have ever had with an Ophthalmologist. I have no confidence In this provider based on our Interaction. I will be cancelling my next scheduled appointment and find a new provider.

The customer service, timeliness, intelligence, efficiency, and effectiveness of the staff at the LaGrange Emory Opthalmology location all throughout the process was so much better than the experience with the staff at the Emory Oculoplastics location in Atlanta; I truly felt like the LaGrange staff were focused on getting the job done and taking care of the patients. Dr. Brown was also intelligent, perceptive, listened to the patient, and sensible.
