I love my care provider! I was so worried prior to my visit with Dr. Shaw regarding questions I had. However, after meeting with Dr. Shaw, because of his knowledge, ability to listen and explain in terms I can understand, my burden was so much lighter when I lefthe is the absolute best.

All good, very straightforward. I inquired about sleep aid (pain was ok but couldn't get comfortable at night) and Dr. Shah explained why it probably didn't make sense (in case it covered up an underlying issue post-op.) But he heard me and considered what I was saying in asking him about this, which I appreciated.

I was supposed to pick off glue and clear scab in order to put Mederma Scar Sheet in place. I wasn't able to clear the area properly and was fearful of using the scar sheet. Dr. Shah did it all meticulously and with good humor and explained how to do it at home. I was grateful and continued the removal and placement of the scar sheet with ease.

Dr. Shan was his usual self. He was friendly, professional, answering all questions, direct in his evaluations and conclusion.
