Dr Jain, is an exceptional surgeon and cares greatly for his patients.I had a detached retina found late by another doctor, and Dr Jain noted the immediate need for surgery, and he made room on his calendar to see me. He performed a successful surgery, and counseled me regularly on recovery.I am very thankful for him.

Drs Graubart, Jain were particularly thorough and reassuring.

Once with the doctors and nurses we receive excellent attention and care. Dr Barnett and his Fellow expedited my review , were friendly and efficient in their diagnosis and given the need for care , introduced me to DrJain and his Fellow who arranged to have me in surgery the next day. I am exceedingly thankful to the staff and doctors for how they reacted to need and made the process work so well ! Outstanding people !

He has always been slow but this was worst I've had in the years I've seen him. Will look for someone else although the slowness might not be all his fault.

Dr Jain is one of the best doctors. He took his time when talking to me answering my questions and I never felt rushed. He's a great doctor.

Dr Jain Is extremely knowledgeable and provided alternative apps to help with low visibility. He also offered to be available.Should we have any questions.

From the very beginning all the doctors took excellent care of me. Everything was explained to me and they came together to discuss the best way to heal my eye. Dr. Milner wasn't part of the team, but he came and personally checked on me before I went Into surgery. Dr. Jain and the nurses called frequently to check on me after the surgery. They really care about their patients. Because of them I don't worry because I know I'm in good hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Jain since my first PVD in 2017. He is an amazing physician - professional and respectful knowledgeable, excellent "bedside manner" - great clinician!

Dr. Jain was wonderful in diagnosing a puzzling change in my vision. He wasn't satisfied until he did further tests and consulted with another Dr. I am very pleased with the thouroughness of his care, including a phone call in the evening.

Further he did little,if anything, to put me at essentially If he improved his communication skills, he would be outstanding.

I think Dr. Jain is brilliant. The only reason why I would not recommend him is because of the horrible wait time to see him, and then poor Dr. Jain that he gets so overbooked and behind. The practice is clearly not run well from a scheduling perspective.

There was no need for treatment, but Dr. Jain was very pleasant, friendly, and of course very competent.

Dr gave me initial diagnosis of my eye disease 6/6/23 and changed the diagnosis to basically age related eyesight condition.

Doctor came into room looked into my eye and said "ah haa" several times without any explanation. After couple seconds I asked him what is that suppose to mean. He answered that my eye looked good. Asked if the previous condition was resolved he said no. He did not address the test I did previously with the tech, did not address my eye pressure, I mentioned it and he said to f/u with Dr costarides. He was in a hurry to get me out of the office as it was now getting late. As a Healthcare provider myself I don't think he explained my concerns and offered any kind of suggestions or make me feel comfortable with my condition.

Dr. Jain met my needs and demonstrated compassion during our first time meeting. Well done.

My physician is excellent. The problem with Emory's care is the My Chart system. I have had many, many problems with this system. Patients cannot contact the medical providers; we are blocked by the system email system and centralized appointment phone line. Please call me for more details - 205 903 9705. I am seeking providers outside of the Emory system.
