This is one of the best offices I've been in. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and professional starting from check in, MA Heather, my PA Niki Mandaliyah and the checkout person. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes, and the office is really clean.

I think very highly of Nicki Mandaliya. I am fortunate to be able to see someone of her caliber and expertise, and she's very kind and considerate.

The entire staff is extremely efficient and professional. I have had the most positive experience ever with my broken wrist. From initial evaluation to preop to the operation itself and postop follow up, everything has been textbook. Perfect. This includes physical therapy. I was able to easily get appointments that worked with my schedule. All of my questions have always been answered completely and professionally. I give this team of Dr. Ghareeb, Nicki M. And the entire group 5 gold stars plus. They collaboratively set a very high bar and is the type of medical support and partnership. I look to Emory to continue to provide. Very impressed!

Niki is the best. This is the second time I've seen her, and both times I felt completely understood and respected. She is thorough, caring and engaged, and a very nice person.

Nicki was amazing and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain to me what was happening with my injury. Explain to me what the treatment was and we had a plan to move forward with my thumb getting completely better. Also just gave me confidence that I didn't have a serious problem that I would have to be dealing with in the future.She was very patient and very informative. I trust her clinical skills and find her reassuring when considering surgery or recovery after surgery.

she genuinely seem to care, advise that my swelling was perhaps a little more than she usually sees, but that she took a picture and sent it to the doctor and said that she would let me know if the doctor was concerned and ordered me to do Some occupational therapy which she thought might help
