So far, so good. I like the first guy and all his questions and concern and care. He listened. I like the doctor and he listened and communicated very well. Made suggestions. Heardheard me when I expressed concern or desire to consult with my wife and he offered a telehealth appointment.

Dr. Boulis very clearly explained my condition and addressed all of my questions and concerns. We spent a good deal of time discussing different options in treating my condition, and I appreciated his insight and opinion. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Dr. Boulis as a neurosurgeon.

I had a long list of questions. Most of them were addressed during the introduction and initial discussion. I was able to ask the remaining questions without feeling rushed. It goes a long way to put me at ease.

The doctor didn't seem to be aware of the previous procedures that HE performed.

The PA that came in before the doctor was very short and dismissive . Dr. Boulis was better but still very short and rushed In his answers and explanations. Very disappointed being that he was referred to us and I have waited months for this appointment and traveled all the way from Aabama.

There were options, risks and benefits that one needed to go into further but for a 1st appointment you can only start a way forward.

Discuss with the provider about other options that I want so he decided to try to go another route I will see if it will work if not I would love for him to try my way

Dr. Boulis took great care to make sure I understood my complicated condition. He patiently described his suggestions for treatment of my unusual condition and thoroughly explained why he suggested it. He was very concerned about my long-term well being; he wasn't simply fixing a problem. I felt that he tailored the explanation so I could understand it. After the appointment I felt confident that Dr. Boulis and Emory were the right team for treatment of my condition. He went above and beyond!

I'm so impressed with the whole practice. Having the neurologist, neurosurgeon and ability to do EMG all together where they can confer together right then and there is huge. Traditionally there's a wait between appointments and there are letters sent and by the time a provider reads the letter from other consulting physician (s) they likely forget all the details and things aren't handled comprehensively. As a provider myself, I've had these frustrations with the flow (or lack of flow), but I say again, having everyone together to confer together right then and there is huge! The care is more comprehensive and thorough when done this way. I'm very happy with this, and the providers and staff were all kind, professional and supportive.

Dr. Boulis and his PA were so knowledgable, caring - made me feel validated and I left with some hope for the future of possibly being in less pain that I'm in. There is much ahead for me, but I love Dr. Boulis and his PA and I feel that they will give excellent care, direction and help in making the best choices for my health.
