I had an amazing experience. I have been to dozens of doctor's offices in my life and have never experienced such professionalism, kindness, organization, and compassion. James Freeman is such an amazing person and was very professional and helpful. Nate was also awesome as he spent a good 30 mins talking to me one on one about my problem. I have never had that long of a conversation with a healthcare provider. He didn't seem in any rush, and was adamant I had all my questions answered before leaving. I look forward to returning.

Previously when originally was diagnosed under a different provider/different state, they started with neurology and it sounds like I will still need to go to neurology, so I'm not sure why we didn't start there.

Nathaniel L Bernardo, PA is hands down bathe most competent healthcare provider I have encountered. Emory is fortunate to have him on their staff. His knowledge, listening skills, competence and his ability to communicate his findings and recommendations are off the chart outstanding.

For this being my first ever telemedicine appointment, I felt like this was in-person. The "bedside manner" was wonderful.

Nate is a very easy provider to talk with and if I did not understand something he very willing explained it to me and did not make me fill like I was a bother to him. During my course of time seeing Nate I have asked and have had some concerns and issues and I told him, Abbey & Tracey that I felt like I was a pain and bother to them and they all three have voiced and assured me that I was/am not a bother. But when you are in as much pain as I was and you don't know what to do I felt like no one cares nor were they listening. THIS DOES NOT APPLY THEM. They do care and I know it. I will continue to see Nate as long as I need to.

I very much liked the doctor. He was willing to listen and listen to the details I wanted to explain to so many doctors before him but was always stopped. The interest was simply not present. With this last visit my hope was lifted that there are still doctors out there that go the extra mile and not just treat you as Number 156 patient. You should be proud to have such a doctor on board . Certainly a gem to have at the EMORY HOSPITAL. If only every medical doctor would approach their patient like this !!!
