Excellence in pain management. Very informative. I really appreciate the way in which Dr. Nan Xiang followed through with my treatments and recommendations for further prospective treatments. Both Dr. Xiang and Dr. Jackson I would highly recommend to anyone needing care in the area of pain control. I was very impressed during this first visit. The explanations of my condition, the treatment and recommendations for further treatments are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I appreciated when the epic system showed that I had gotten my new prescription more than once. Dr. Xiang listen to what I had to say. When Dr. Xiang originally sent my script to pharmacy they reported as being filled, however CVS later told me that it was too soon for new script and did not fill. I was able to show from my CVS app how many refills that I had left. I had only filled the prescription once since last visit.

One of my best experience with the entire team. All of my options for pain control were explained with compassion and in a manner easily understood. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Xiang's vast knowledge and compentacy. He is clearly one of the best physicians I have ever encountered.

I love Dr. Xiang! He even went across the hall to see if the lab was open so I wouldn't have to go that far if it wasn't! Above and beyond for sure.

Dr. Xiang has been wonderful. He sits down and listens, then discusses what's going on and the options. He answered my questions without seeming like it was inconveniencing him. Too many other doctors never sit down; they stand by the door, waiting to leave as soon as possible.

Dr. Xiang is clearly busy. I'm sure he's overwhelmed with patients in his specialty. There are some days I feel that he takes the time to talk to me, and other days he just waives me through like another number. Well, whenever he isn't letting the residents see me and improperly chart on me.

I'm always happy with the care and concern shown by Dr Xiang. It's just the bereaucracy of getting through the call center or portal watchers of his email

Minimal patient contact. The team shows little care. Staff reciting from the same script. I am a number to Emory, not a person who needs help.
