I felt it was a thorough consultation. Many questions were asked by the provider along with testing my reflexes and strength. Possible causes for my headaches were discussed with the provider asking that I follow up with her on the portal. If my headaches are not coming from what we discussed, I may ask to see her again to look at my cervical spine as the possible cause.

Dr. Heinzelmann-Weisbaum is the first provider who has truly listened to me and taken the time to fully evaluate my musculoskeletal pain and imbalances. For over 12 years, I was told by other providers that they "didn't see anything," yet none of them performed a thorough evaluation of my symptoms. Dr. Heinzelmann-Weisbaum not only validated my concerns but also approached my case with a level of care, detail, and expertise that I've been searching for all these years. I finally feel heard, understood, and supported in my path toward healing.

Dr Heinzelmann is amazing, first she had me explain my spinal cord injury starting with the C3 to C5 fusion in 1996. She had me delineate all of the therapies and musculoskeletal symptoms I was having.

It has already been game changing finding a provider who listens, demonstrates thoughtful consideration, and recommends next steps that make sense and are appropriate to the scope of the problem. It has been awesome to review after visit summaries that accurately report what I said and what was discussed and reports the oddness and complexity of my medical hx in a way that does not me, the patient, sound difficult or confused. This is what care should look like. I have already recommended this provider to a friend of a friend in need of a thoughtful ortho.

The doctor was spectacular. She looked me in the eye and listened to every single thing I said. She's how every doctor should be!!

This was a great appointment! I'm used to providers not being familiar with my existent diagnosis of hypermobile joints or downplaying the possible connections between ortho issues and other immune/inflammatory & neuro/autonomic conditions. I was really pleased that my whole health profile was taken into account when evaluating and planning next steps. Also very glad to see that the visit notes accurately reflected my symptoms, self reporting, and what was accomplished during the visit. Awesome experience all around.

When I made this appointment, there was evidently some mixup, and I was sent to the wrong department. My concern was knee and hip. Was sent to the Spine department. Not clear until I meet the Dr. She was very good, and did her best to make the visit worthwhile.

Feel fortunate to establish care with this doctor

Dr. Morgan Weisbaum, was very professional, kind and understanding, she did not rush me but was willing to listen to whatever my concerns were.

Refreshing to get a doctor who doesn't approach a senior with a sing song voice appropriate for a child. She explain what likely was causing my sciatic pain and used a model spine to illustrate. I forgive her for not entering the room with stethoscope around her neck like all TV doctors.
