My initial consult with Dr Hajiha was turned into a televisit due to treacherous snowy/icy weather. Reason being, we did not want to wait to get a plan in place for my abnormal prostate MRI results. He has a wonderful manner - warm, funny, and a good listener. His eye contact throughout the virtual appointment with both my wife and me was reflective of how he was carefully thinking diagnostically as he reviewed my history. He answered all of my questions without me even having to ask them. He ruled out and ruled in different possibilities with our discussion, and was creative as he advised next steps. These decisions were made together as a team. My wife is a healthcare professional, so we both understand the power of bedside manner as well as how a good diagnostician conducts a visit. Not only is he a great diagnostician, he also tailored recommendations for next steps to my specific health challenges; he does not have a one-size-fits-all template in his head. This is the first time we met Dr Hajiha and we feel like we've known him for a long time. We are blessed we were directed "from Above" to his care.

Benefits were discussed of maintaining changes that I implemented 6 months ago by his direction, and yearly followup test were made part of the plan to monitor the results of the changes in future tests. Risks of maintaining for now were not discussed at this appointment.
